Cancellations

For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: we retain the deposit (for booking confirmation), but make no additional charge.
For cancellations up to 10 days before arrival: we charge 50 % of the total price.
For cancellations less than 10 days before arrival: we charge 100 % of the total price.
In case of late arrival, fewer guests or a no show: we charge 100 % of the total price.
